therazorbladeThe physics are pretty good. I like that you can’t shoot through the platforms, the bouncing, and overall controls. It feels better than some of the other shooter.
Hi mikeal,
I was wondering why do you think I should get such an abysmally low completeness score. I’m asking because as far as I know there are no dead ends – which would indeed warrant 2/5 – and I’ve implemented pretty much everything on my list. Sure, some different skins for players would have been nice, and there are other such tiny little things, but they don’t seem this important in the big picture.
Thanks
you know what, i thought that this was a single player game and I spent like 5 minutes trying to find the end of this level or something to shoot with this AK47. it wasn’t until now i realized it was a multi-player game :)
The motion and scrolling speed needs improvement.
Hi Ara,
Thanks for voting. The motion prediction for other players indeed could use some improvement. However, if map scrolling and moving your own character wasn’t smooth that’s an issue specific to your system. Could you please let me know what’s your setup?
I’m not really sure about some of the specific scores. Let’s take the completeness one. It’s supposed to say ‘How “fully baked” is the site? Are there bugs or dead ends?’. So, did it crash for you?
Thanks
I’m using Chrome on OSX Lion on a pretty large screen. The completeness was low because I didn’t actually see any obstacles/monsters or very much gameplay due to the movement issue. In fact all the scores were coloured by the fact that I didn’t do much because it would’ve taken me several minutes to progress to a point where there was some action.
But if you’re saying that it isn’t supposed to be that slow then it must be an issue specific to me.
Very funny! I’ll spend hours!
foxxtrotNice amount of polish, plays well, controls are responsive. A good game. It seems that sometimes I’d respawn even when I wasn’t killed, which seems to be a bug.
csanzOk i loved this game… it wasn’t perfect, but it was enough to keep me entertained. Having someone in there challenging me was perfect…
Awesome game, especially considering it was a 1-person team! The side scrolling is slick!
