janlIt’s a wiki. | |||
landlessnessi couldn’t get the app to fully function. but i love the idea of it and thought the visual design was solid.
chrismatthieuI love this app and would use it!
bcherryvery useful! i’ll probably use it for myself…!
therazorbladeNicely done! The paragraph idea is interesting but I’m not sure how useful it is compared to full page editing. I was sure I was going to get you with conflicts but locking works well. Interface needs some work as well as the ability to add editorial/comments (meta).
It wasn’t immediately obvious that the highlighted items in the sidebar were categories. Also, categorized items weren’t indented to indicate their being part of a category. Finally, the new paragraph line should be visible by default and not when hovered over. It seemed like something had gone wrong.
interesting, @jchris had a similar idea about designing a wiki in couchdb that broken the page in to paragraphs for better diff/merge.
Real time is awesome. Maybe it will replace MediaWiki in the future!
Working very smoothly and to be nice for collaborating edit.
iapainCool design, simple UI and at least real time feature works. It’d be interesting to see who is currently editing the document and some word by word transfer. Anyways, awesome work done.
Neat. Maybe I’m just being dumb, but I keep getting vaguely lost when looking for the things to click. I also wonder what the utility of the by-paragraph voting is. It’d be interesting to see where this concept could go. I wish you had a votie on there!
Crisp looks! | |||
jedschmidt+1: a realtime wiki, well executed. very simple and easy-to-understand interface. definitely the most polished entry i’ve judged. -1: not too original. also, vulnerable to XSS.
A real-time wiki could be cool, but I don’t see the point of splitting into (fixed-height) paragraphs when you’re using rich text with WYSIWYG. Page switching seems broken.
