Music recommendations made by anyone. Users are ranked corresponding to the quality of their recommendations.
Note : Unfortunately, it really needs a lot of users to work great … So the site isn’t really interactive right now … I didn’t planned that but now, it’s obvious
I am a pure Mac User, so (please !) don’t judge me about the fact that this site isn’t IE compatible ! (and with a lot of luck, it could be !)
I am french, I did not have slept for the last 22 hours, if the spelling hurts you, I’m sorry …

erniehacksChatroulette for music discovery! Well played sir. The experience design was well-considered, especially given the time frame. Plenty of explanatory copy (though I wish you had persisted the help text on the personal dashboard) and the Twitter integration had minimal permissions, which made me feel more comfortable allowing it. Good job cross-linking information and linking off to listening services. I wish the markup had degraded more gracefully (e.g. proper form labels) and there had been a bit more thought put into screens that didn’t yet have user-generated content (e.g. user profiles), but overall this was a very well-designed app that deserves real use.

pfinetteOverall a nice concept but lacks a lot of polish – your first-run experience is… bare… Adding songs/bands/etc manually is tedious – import my iTunes playlist please. :) Keep going – could be a fun project.
slightlylateI love how complete this is. Nicely done.
therazorbladeThere is a lot of stuff in there but kind of hard to figure out the flow. Never sure what to do next. I think you need to focus more on the game aspects of this because that’s where you innovation is and how you will motivate people to play more. Give some badges for hard to do things (like getting someone to like the least liked artist).
christkvDoes not seem to give me any suggestions for music from my twitter feed. Leader board is a cool feature. Interesting way to find new people to follow along a specific interest topic music.
Has potential, I would definitely use it if there was a large community behind it.
Would not allow me to log in, but I like the design :)
The concept is pretty cool. The only problem I see is that it depends on a strong initial userbase. Could have used some sort of step by step “wizard” to explain me the interface. But good work overall.
drewblasThis was a good entry. I liked the theory behind it, but the execution was a bit off. There was not a lot of interactivity or real-time appeal. It felt like a very traditional web app.
Nice design on the leader-board. I like the real time updates. That’s a lot of work to do as a solo team. I’d like to see more real time recommendations or personalization added in v2, Over all it’s well thought out and executed nicely.
Interesting idea with good execution…I’m just not sure adding a leaderboard dynamic to recommendations is an optimal way to promote music sharing – seems like it would only motivate a select few, I don’t think I would use it. But the core idea of attaching recommendations to a Twitter profile and having gaming ideas connected to it, I think there might be something there…
