mestapleI’ll try to improve the ui as soon as i can! Thank you very much for you comment!
therazorbladePretty nice collaborative white board. I think the chat functionality should be more central and separate from the open space. Also, positioning and creating new items is a bit tricky. Similar to Dnoob.
Well, I think that says that this is the same idea of Dnoob is a little too reductive. Here you can move your posts, and draw and write over the same workplace not in separated! Chat should be more visible, yor are right, but it is an addon, not the focus idea of the project. By the way, thank you very much for your comment; your opinion is very important to help me in fixing and changing something in the future.
therazorbladeNot the same, similar to Dnoob. I agree this is more complete which is why I gave you 4 stars.
Thank you very much again! :)

willconantI can tell that a lot of work went into the Meendie UI, but the overall effect isn’t impressive. Drag-and-drop UI is hard to program and even harder to program well, but you often don’t get much bang for your programming buck.
Well I cannot really understand your vote, ‘cause I think that here the real problem maybe is the poor design. Utility/Innovation: this is a creative network anyway, so the goal is to allow people to brainstorm together, to change the position of their ideas/posts if they decide that one is more important than another one, or group them, and then change again, again and again. Did you ever seen a forum or a chat or a social network that allow you to do this kind of things? Another question: did you try meendie with other people at the same time? Thank you, anyway!
Nice work. I could not find other notes created by other users
Thank you very much! Try to open the first think tanks, or “Test!”.. they have many posts.
Thanks. I found it!! Utility+1
christopherbeckSome of the UI elements are a little bit cryptic. It is not intuitive to have to hold down a button labeled “drag” to drag an item around, for instance. You should be able to just grab the header or something. Also, when you minimize, you can’t see a title or anything useful. I can see where if you had a bunch of them and had to go back to one that was minimized, it could take you a while to find it.
Thank you for your detailed comment! I’ll make the ui more friendly! I promise! :)
christkvGiant interactive whiteboard based around a project. Cool features and pretty feature complete for usage. It needs some better navigation features (maybe something like a little map that lets you move around quickly to where you want)
There already is a minimap, but I’m sure that I had to make it more visible. Thank you for your comment!
__mario__Nice idea, just needs more time I guess.
48 hours / 1 persons = ?? ..mmm.. I think you’re right! I need more time! :)
This is really cool and very impressive that you did it on your own. I found some of the UI controls unintuitive (dragging for example), but the tooltips explained everything. I think this is a fantastic collaboration tool but perhaps each “room” needs more focus. Right now it’s too much of a large flat space, which does not adequately structure the collaboration. But I do love that each contribution can be moved around after the fact, that it isn’t fixed in place. This already gives it a unique edge over just a whiteboard. I tested this by myself. Perhaps if I went in with other people with a prior intention it would work. I hope you develop this further, perhaps with a more focused objective (for now) than a general social network for creativity.
Thank you very much! Your comment is very important to me! “each contribution can be moved around after the fact, that it isn’t fixed in place” …seems that you are one of the few who has understand the focus idea! Did you try the minimap?
Very non-intuitive for me.
I really liked being able to share drawings with others, and collaborate on overlapping areas. I thought the interface was a bit tricky to use though – would be nice if I didn’t have to rely on the tool tips.
