Setugo allows you to easily collaborate with others to plan an event. Manage brainstorming and planning, the to-do list, schedule, guest list and invitations all in one place. Social integration streamlines the process and allows easy communication with all your collaborators.
Create a Party: Brainstorm your next big bash and start keeping track of your brilliant ideas.
Share Ideas: Invite and connect with collaborators to help make your event a crazy success.
Get it Done: Manage the details and track the planning process to be sure your guests show up ready to party.
The purpose of the program is to make it easier to plan a party when you need help from other people (for example with a potluck and you would like to coordinate what everyone is bringing). There are two pages. The landing page shows the parties. If you log in with facebook, then you will be non-anonymous when chatting and can create events under your name. The logged in path has had more testing. On the party page, you can edit the page title, description, time and location. While doing so, other folks will see the page updated. There is a real-time chat on the right for folks viewing the page, and a location in the middle to add todo items, and a place to discuss these items. Thank you, Team Buzzbam

andrewfchenThe homepage “Start a party” button doesn’t work. I can only start something if I click on community events. There are some obvious functionality bugs, even on the first page. When inside a party being planned, anything can be changed by anyone and the positioning of the chat on both the side and the middle is totally confusing. The general layout and user interface is very poor.
OK, I’m using Chrome/Mac, and I am trying to create an event. I am logged in via Facebook. I click the “start a party” button, and I get an incomplete looking page, with a bunch of steps already checked off, and what looks like a single field to add a message. I click “New post” and nothing happens. There’s another form field in the bottom right, and a hidden one in the header. I don’t know what I am supposed to do here. I go back and click on a public party, and I see a few random comments and some “When” and “Where” navigation, but I have no way to participate. Finally I manage to create a new topic on one of the party pages, but then I can’t figure out how to comment. There’s no button, and hitting return in a textarea just adds a newline. When I reload the page, the topic I added hasn’t persisted. OK let’s try in Firefox… nope, same issues. I don’t like giving low scores, but it looks like the interface to this entry is broken or just not finished. It’s also not really all that useful or innovative to me, even if it did work, since I can use any number of other services to organize a party, including facebook (which I had to use for authentication). And since it’s broken, I can’t rank it high on completeness. I’d love to see a lightweight, simple, slick little event planning app out there to use instead of facebook or evite, but this just isn’t there yet. Keep at it!
therazorbladeI could not get much to work. I was able to create a party but then had to guess where and what the input fields were (no title or even hints to where they are, just clicked around). I like the home page design but the party page needs a lot of work to make sense.
ekryskiOverall I really like the CSS. This team had really great designers. When not logged in there is a lot of functionality missing. When things are updated state isn’t saved so using another client you don’t see the changes another person made. It’s kinda the whole point of the app…
Mostly incomplete, design was nice tho
joehitchensAppeared to be broken. Didn’t do anything when I tried to post. Looked like JS errors.
Seems useful for planning a wedding, etc.
Nice idea. I had issue with getting anything to save. Looked nice though.
