I use Node to test things and to fly robots.
This looks really similar to SockJS — but without the need for a server-side counterpart library. Cool.
(I didn't understand that at first.)
Simple and to the point!
Impressive use of these tools in 48 hours! This even found images with skewed text, nice!
Would be nice to show a loading indicator — I didn't know if my search was going through. I refreshed the page and then it worked fine.
Video production: 5 stars. How are you guys doing time sync?
I work on a commit health system for my day job. This is the missing piece!
And vice versa: ClearCommit would be very useful if it was paired with Travis CI or another testing system. Instead of being notified of a failing build, notify about a bad commit and show this page coupled with failing test results.
A diff between the last known good and currently failing commits is super useful for an engineer to know when her job is to fix the test.
Nice integration and design. While I put lots of TODOs in my code, I'm not sure if making every TODO an issue is something I'd want.
What I would want is an ordered list of all of my TODOs or FIXMEs — then I can associate those with an issue. Keep it up!
I couldn't find the park. However, the vapid lonely walk around San Francisco without knowing where I'm going is pretty spot-on.
Good fun. Obvious GIF URL would be a welcome addition. The DHTML look completes the experience! I appreciate the innovation and completeness of hooking up all of this stuff!
The music is epic! Fast paced. Not complete, but still very fun! Impressive for 48 hours, including in-game chat. I was going crazy on my keyboard in close-range combat and things were quite responsive.
Cool hack! I'm also amused by the rickroll fail :)
I like the mic access prompt reminder. Audio was crystal clear. Just had a chat with my friend on Facebook with zero fuss.
Crazy fun! I was making tracks with my friends right away.
Wohoo! You rock Reid!
Love the lyrics display and controls. This a a great way to have fun with folks who are far away :)
Love the badges, invitations, and gameplay. Card stealing is fun!
Impressive! I love how the text-to-speech is translated as well as transcribed. Printable transcript is a nice touch. I'd love to see this developed further.
Thank you! Very appreciated!
I enjoyed the date picker. Timezone and other customizations for comments and multiple-choice answers were nice touches. The design can be refined further, but it gets high marks for staying out of my way. It's a great start. Not requiring emails and the use of links is great. I've seen many attempts at this at other hackathons but this is the most complete and well done.
Extra points for ease of deployment and WordPress integration. I appreciate the value of self-hosting.
Such animation. Much possibility. Wow. I made this one: http://googlyify.s3.amazonaws.com/Ad03wo6la/render.gif — Tumblr images worked great!
Fun to play! Simple concept but challenging. Great graphics and I love the original music! Sometimes I hit a balloon and didn't lose health, and sometimes I lost 2 hearts when I hit a cloud once. But it's still addicting!
